Where there is no vision, the people perish: but he that keepeth the law, happy is he.Proverbs 29:18

The crossover

One challenge. Two blind spots. Zero people addressing both.

Your pastor cares about your soul. Your consultant cares about your numbers. Both matter. But what happens when the problem sits in the space between?

Business & Strategy

The business side speaks frameworks.

Market positioning. Growth analysis. Career mapping. Decision frameworks that turn confusion into a clear next step.

Counsel & Clarity

The counsel side speaks truth.

Not therapy. Not a replacement for your church. Biblical counsel rooted in Scripture, aimed at the heart.

02Faith-work integration & identity clarity
03Heart-level patterns & relational healing
04Purpose discernment & spiritual direction

I'm not the first person to offer business advice. And I'm not the first to offer biblical counsel. But I might be the first one you've met who brings both to the same table.

For which of you, intending to build a tower, sitteth not down first, and counteth the cost?Luke 14:28

You might be here because

Which of these sounds like you?

Not services. Real situations real people walk in with.

Strategy

"I've tried everything and my business still isn't growing."

You've read the books. You've tweaked the funnel. But something fundamental isn't clicking.

Let's work on this
Counsel

"I'm fine. Except I'm not, and I don't know how to explain it."

No crisis. Just a quiet heaviness you've been carrying longer than you want to admit.

That honesty is the first step
Both

"I'm winning at work and losing everywhere else."

The results look great on paper. But you're running on fumes.

You're not alone in this
Career

"I know I need to leave but I can't make myself do it."

Every Monday confirms it. The fear isn't about the job — it's about who you are without it.

Let's break the paralysis
Counsel

"I read my Bible but it feels like going through the motions."

You believe it. You just can't feel it. The distance is growing wider.

There's a way through
Both

"Everyone sees a leader. Nobody sees the weight."

Nobody has asked how you're doing in a way that expects a real answer.

Let's get to the real question

Counsel in the heart of man is like deep water; but a man of understanding will draw it out.Proverbs 20:5

Why I do this

I didn't start here. I started where you are.

I didn't plan this. I planned to be a business consultant. Clear frameworks, growth strategies, measurable results.

But something kept happening. People would come in with a revenue problem and, twenty minutes in, we'd be talking about their father. They'd ask about career positioning and what surfaced was a crisis of identity.

I kept finding myself in a space that wasn't on anyone's business card. Where a P&L question becomes a prayer question. Where the "growth strategy" someone needs is the courage to confront something they've been avoiding.

So I got trained. Business analysis. Career coaching. Biblical counseling. Not because credentials make you wise, but because the people sitting across from me deserve someone who's done the homework.

If something brought you to this page, I'd rather listen than convince you of anything. The best sessions I've had started with someone saying "I don't even know what I need." That's usually the most honest place to begin.

How it works

Three steps to clarity.

You don't need to know what's wrong. You just need to be willing to talk about it.

1

Pick a time.

Fifteen minutes. No prep. No questionnaire. Just you and an open conversation.

2

Tell me what's on your mind.

I'll mostly listen. I'll ask a few questions you might not expect.

3

Walk away with clarity.

Whether we work together or not, you'll leave seeing something you didn't see before.

Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding.Proverbs 3:5

You've read this far. That tells me something.

Most people close tabs. You didn't. Whatever brought you here, I'd like to hear what it is.
